To the Expositor:
The taxpayer should be thanked. It has been a long 10 years since being diagnosed with Bi Polar Disorder. Being told you can’t ever obtain full time employment or you will be back in hospital again is devastating to anybody and their family. So without you, the taxpayer, my family and I would not be in the great position in life we are now.
So it is with the most grateful and thankful heart for the ODSP and other services we have and continue to receive over the past 10 years. We hope and pray that if you or a family member are ever affected with a mental illness that sure is stigma, but you can reach out for the help is available for you and your family for the long haul. Thanking you more than words can say.
