William Matthew Merrence Rodney Neodagijig ied peacefully at Manitoulin Health Centre, on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the age of 48. Rodney was born in Little Current, son of Marie and Clarence Neodagijig (predeceased). Loving brother of Connie and Yvette (Kenny), Lloyd Trudeau and John John (predeceased). Godfather to Sierra. Godchild to Jean Flamand. Rodney enjoyed doing many things such as taking photos, traveling on the quad and giving the children rides, camping at the cabin with his niece and nephews. Working at the arena being the timekeeper, the announcer and working the canteen. In his younger days he enjoyed being a goalie, playing volleyball, poker, pool and video games. He was a volunteer for “Helping Hands”and “Top Dogs,” his baseball team. He did D.J. services for any occasion. Best friend of Joe, Seraphine, Grant, Shaun, Shane, Kelly and Randy. He is also survived by many uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, great-niece & nephews and cousins. Predeceased by nephew Johnathan. He will be reunited with his favourite dog Frisky, his baby. Family and friends called at Rabbit Island Centre on Saturday, January 6, 2018 after 3 pm. Funeral Mass at 3 pm Monday, January 8, 2018 at Rabbit Island Centre, Father Toni officiating.
