Many generations of people have been brought up on it, but today not enough people are giving it a chance. The Bible would be the number one book sold in the world. It is a book that everyone should give a read to at least once if not more. It will change your outlook on God, Jesus Christ and the world we live in. So if you need a copy of the Bible you can get it from any member of the Gideons who say with the earnest hope that it will prove a joy and comfort to the one who now reads it. Or a local pastor.
