In loving memory of Ronald Pitawanakwat who died peacefully with his family with him at Manitoulin Health Centre early on Saturday morning at the age of 74. Loved by his children Beth (David Rolston), Bryan (Dee), his grandchildren Bradley, Colin, Dale, Kyra and Cassidy, his significant other Suzanne Knappe, brothers Raymond, Victor, Morris and sisters Virginia, Joyce and Sheila. Predeceased by his wife Judi, parents Daniel and Margaret, brothers Clarence and Stanley and sister Phyllis. Ron will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Ron loved sports, whether it was playing or watching, especially hockey, football, baseball and golf. He was always ready to travel and never had to be asked twice to go somewhere. His positive outlook stayed with him to the end. Family gathered to remember and celebrate his life from 6 pm Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Holy Cross Mission with the Funeral Mass at 11 am on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Cremation.
