Richard Joseph Bewsey, a resident of Harriston and Sheguiandah, died peacefully at Manitoulin Health Centre, on Thursday, at the age of 92. Survived by wife Anne Marie-Paule Bewsey. Predeceased by first wife Robina Bayne Bewsey. Loving father of Jennifer Bell of Kingston and David Bewsey (Esther) of Vancouver. Cherished grandfather of Matthew (Sarah), of Vancouver Island and Jillian and Ryan Sanders of Australia. Great-grandfather of two. Dear brother of Pamela Mace and Edna Bewsey, both of England. Remembered by nephews David and Andrew Mace and families. Richard was an avid sailor, reader, a life-long member of the Masonic Lodge and really enjoyed his life at the cottage.
