In loving memory of a wonderful wife and mother, Marjorie Martin, who passed into the presence of her Lord and Saviour at Mindemoya Hospital on April 13, 2013. Beloved wife of Elgin Martin for over 71 years. Very loving and greatly loved mother of Marie Kirk (husband Harold). Marjorie is survived by her youngest sister Jean Siberry, brother-in-law Rex Ward, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Harvey G. and Ida (Leeson) Arnold, sisters Rhea Ward, Gilda Russell and, brothers-in-law Grand Russell and Ken Siberry. From a very young age Marjorie worked hard and rarely took time for pleasures. She enjoyed music, driving her car, attending Sunday School and church, studying the Bible and singing praises to God. While we’ll no more hear her oft spoken “I love you”, she has left us many cherished memories and a Godly influence. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to Tehkummah Pentecostal Church or charity of your choice. Visitation was from 6 pm to 8 pm Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Tehkummah Pentecostal Church. Funeral Service at the church on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 2 pm. Interment at Hilly Grove Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted with Island Funeral Home, Little Current.
