The Providence Bay Breakfast held the first Thursday of each month was a huge success.
We are looking for new members and old for curling at the Providence Bay Curling Club. We hope to have the ice in and an open house on October l8 and l9 with the early curling draw starting October 20. Afternoon curling will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays with three draws of six-end games. Call Ellen at 705-377-4962. Tuesday and Wednesday evenings call Dave at 705-377-4668.
We are the only game in town at this early date. We welcome all curlers young and older, girls, boys, men and women and have fun in Providence Bay Curling Club.
Blair had supper with us on Tuesday. We always sit around and talk after the meal.
Thanksgiving is coming up and we hope everyone will enjoy themselves.
The trees are all in their autumn colours.
