To the Expositor:
We really enjoy reading your paper! We are brand new retirees to the Island. My wife and I retired from our careers last spring. (She a libarian, me machinist/Cad Cam) We have been sailing the North Channel for 15 years and really became quite smitten with the Island and its people, so we decided to sell our home just North of London and settle here on Cook’s Dock Road.
We love it!! Although this winter is turning out to be…interesting. The drifts on the road (looking south) are three feet high.
