MANITOULIN—Several Manitoulin Island runners fared very well at the annual Ramsay Tour Run held this past Sunday in Sudbury.
The Manitoulin runners all took part in the mixed five kilometre run. Brodie Pennie took seventh place overall in a time of 17:41, among the 66 runners in this event. Alan Wilkin was 20th in a time of 18:54, Maren Kasunich 29th with a time of 19:44 and Xavier Mara 30th in a time of 19:51.
Matthew Wilkin placed 40th in a time of 21:42 with Mackenzie Green in 41st with a time of 21:43, with Morgan Green in 56th in a time of 25:54.
