Madeline Gibson of Evansville passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, March 6, 2016, in her 82nd year. Beloved mother of Lyla (Eric) Townsend, Rodney Gibson, Peggy (Frank) Little, Donna (Dennis) Desormeaux, Marcia (Mark) Kavanaugh and Mark (Laura) Gibson. Madeline will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Lisa, Stacey, Nicki, Jamie, Mathew, Beau, Alleesha, Amanda, Tanner, Denis, Dwayne, Jodi, Ryan, Ashley, Megan, Samantha, as well as 23 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and especially Ginger Morrison. Predeceased by her husband Ivan, parents Gordon and Lucy Mae (Bell) Morrison and seven brothers and sisters. At Madeline’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Gordon Cemetery in May 2016.
