(LITTLE CURRENT, ON) – On Monday, June 11, 2018, at approximately 7:15 p.m., members of the Manitoulin – Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment and the Sudbury-Manitoulin District Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a single vehicle collision on Townline Road in the Township of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands, Ontario.
An eastbound vehicle left the roadway and the driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance and pronounced deceased. A post-mortem examination is scheduled for June 12, 2018, in order to determine the cause of death.
The deceased has been identified as Donald MILBURY, age 76, of Little Current, Ontario.
The OPP’s Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) attended the scene to assist with the investigation.
