In loving memory of Josh Billard, a resident of Rockville. Survived by his wife, Lorraine and children, Rod (Sharon) and Rhonda (Roger predeceased). Josh is remembered by his grandchildren, Lisa (Chris), Derek (Chrissy) and Matt (Melissa). Josh was also a special “Pom” to Connor, Cowan, Paige, Reegan, Reese, Parker and Dani. Josh was born in Grand Bruit Newfoundland to his parents, Elisabeth and John Billard (predeceased). Josh was one of seven children, including Lew, Flo, George, Doug, Lloyd and Jack. Josh worked at INCO for 30 years and retired to Manitoulin Island or as he called it “God’s Country”. Josh is best remembered for his wonderful sense of humour and strong work ethic. Josh passed peacefully at the Manitoulin Centennial Manor on February 7, 2014 at the age of 88. Cremation with no services.
