ONTARIO–The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as result of breach of parole.
Marcel Lavoie is described as a white male, 37 years of age, 5’9″ (175 cm) and 188 lbs, blue eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of a skull on his right upper arm, a tattoo of the “Grim Reaper” on his left forearm and a tattoo of a wizard on the right side of his chest. He is serving an eight-year sentence for sexual assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, robbery, break and enter and possession of property obtained by crime.
He is known to frequent the Ottawa, Kingston and Sudbury areas.
