A heartfelt thanksgiving for volunteers this Thanksgiving

To the Expositor:

I started to write a thank you note but it wasn’t enough. In celebration of Thanksgiving, and on behalf of the Assiginack Museum Board and Historical Society, I would like to thank all of our generous and hardworking volunteers who have made it possible for us to accommodate five tour buses in three weeks, following a busy Quilt Show, and the successful Heritage Markets. These tourists love our museum, but can only stop here, en route to the spectacular Agawa Canyon, because we provide them with lunch. This year we fed over 200 people who enjoyed touring our museum and visiting the historical St. Paul’s Anglican Church in our small town.

Thank you to everyone for your generous support now and through the years!

Happy Thanksgiving to all volunteers everywhere!
