The Island must band together to purchase, protect and share this scenic spot

It was with sadness, and then anger, and great regret that I found Carter Bay barred to the public this summer on my visit here.
I have frequented the beautiful scenic spot for 40 years, and my Dad did before me, making this a right of way in my mind, and in a very real legal way. What a precious place for the Island to purchase, protect, and share!
