“We will certainly be back to Manitoulin”

My husband and I took a driving Canada 150 Vacation from July 10 to 20. We spent the 15th to 17th on Manitoulin. This portion of the trip was superb from our initial visit at the tourist office in Little Current to our “Travel in Good Spirits” on the Chi-Cheemaun. We enjoyed the Art Tour and the local craft breweries.
For two nights we stayed at the Meldrum Inn. The setting was fabulous with great hospitality and fine dining. We visited the Mississagi Lighthouse and Museum where we met Maddie who curates the place. Maddie deserves all kinds of accolades for the great job that she has done preserving and maintaining the Museum. It is clear that she has put a lot of caring, thought and effort in her work.
We will certainly be back to Manitoulin.
