In loving memory of Antoine Richard Beaudry “Autwen”, 74 years, who passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the Manitoulin Health Centre in Little Current. Predeceased by parents Mary (nee Kinoshameg) and Patrick Beaudry. Survived by sisters: Annie Shawana (Robert predeceased), Sr. Kateri Terry Beaudry. Predeceased by siblings Parmenta (Vincent predeceased), Agatha (Lawrence), Stanley, Joseph, Dominic, Violet, Mary and Georgina. Nieces and nephews Rose Shawanda (Armando), Dominic Beaudry (Brenda), Adolphus Wemigwans (Judy), Lorraine Baker, Darlene Wemigwans (Wayne), Marilyn Trudeau, Caroline Wemigwans (Nixon), Wesley Wemigwans (Carol), Justin Wemigwans (Darlene), Bonita Trudeau, Julian Wemigwans, Terrence Trudeau (Abby), Robbie Shawana (Denise). Godchildren: Dominic and Boniface Beaudry, Caroline Wemigwans. Antoine will be missed by many great-nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Antoine worked with lumber companies and sawmills throughout his life until his retirement years. Antoine enjoyed spending time with family, most of all his sisters. He was part of the old boys club sitting beside the house on Wiky Way watching the cars and life pass by with humorous commentary. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, a Honda Super Sport, in his younger years. As well, he enjoyed collecting vehicles, but his favourite past time was patrolling. His many collectible interests intrigued people. Visitation was at the St. Ignatius Church, Buzwah from 5 pm Sunday, April 14, 2013. Funeral Mass was at the Wikwemikong Holy Cross Mission on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11 am. Burial at the Wikwemikong Upper Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted with Island Funeral Home, Little Current.
