Annie Mary Boniface (Bonnie) Bonas of Whitefish Falls passed away at the Manitoulin Health Centre, Little Current on Friday, January 25, 2013 in her 103rd year. Beloved wife of the late Herman Bonas (1988). Dear daughter of the late Alexander and Annie Mary (nee Bousquet) Gagnon. Loving mother of Colleen Bonas of Whitefish Falls and the late Ron Bonas (2003) (wife Betty Bonas of Sudbury). Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Kim, Heather and Wayne and great-grandchildren, Lindsay, Emily and Anne. Predeceased by great-granddaughter Christina. Very dear sister of the late Nolan Gagnon (wife Kay of Sault Ste. Marie), Doris White (husband Stan predeceased) and Peter Gagnon (wife Lillian predeceased). A memorial service will be held at the Bourcier Funeral Home, Espanola on Wednesday, January 30th at 11 am with the Reverend Paul Walmsley officiating. Interment of ashes in the Espanola Cemetery. A celebration of Bonnie’s life will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2013 from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Whitefish Falls Community Centre. If so desired, memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the Kidney Foundation.
