MANITOULIN—Jaxsin Chatwell, who was born in Sudbury and raised in Gore Bay and has strong family connections to Manitoulin Island, has been selected to play in the U14 OHL Cup hockey tournament.
Mr. Chatwell, a 13-year-old defenseman for the Sudbury Wolves U14AA (bantam) team, was chosen for team NOHA to take part in the OHL Cup taking place April 19-21 in Kingston.
Jaxsin was selected for and played on the silver medal winning NOHA team at the Ontario Winter Games held in Thunder Bay this past February.
