Speak to friends and seniors to alert them to the fraud
To the Expositor:
Well folks, I cannot believe that this scam is still going around but over the past couple of weeks we have had two calls from scammers claiming to be from “Windows technical support” and claiming that our computers need their help. Aside from the fact that I would not own any Windows products, there is no way that Microsoft would call an individual consumer about anything.
These people are still calling so there must be some out there that fork out their hard cold cash to these scammers.
Please speak to your friends and particularly to seniors among your family and friends to make them aware of this fraud.
