The Greater Sudbury Police Service would like to advise the public of possible traffic disruptions today, early in the evening, in the area of the downtown core in Greater Sudbury.
Later today, community members are planning a walk celebrating the power of the working class.
The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Memorial Park followed by a walk through the downtown core.

The role of the Greater Sudbury Police Service is to ensure public safety and to keep the peace. Activities may interrupt the normal flow of traffic. Members of the Greater Sudbury Police will be present, working with organizers to ensure the safe and orderly movement of traffic.
There may be traffic delays and the public is being encouraged to be patient when travelling in the area of the downtown this evening. Please be respectful to all pedestrians. Motorists may want to consider alternate routes.
