Very special birthday parade held for Mindemoya resident

MINDEMOYA – A very special birthday parade was held this past Sunday for a resident of Mindemoya!

Led by an OPP police cruiser with lights flashing and horn going, family, friends and neighbours took part in the parade as they waved and wished happy birthday best wishes as they drove their vehicles past the home of Bordie Noble and his partner Joan this past Sunday afternoon on Bay Street in Mindemoya.

Bordie was celebrating his 91st birthday and as the many vehicles passed by with their horns blasting he waved to everyone, smiling all the while.

“I’m 91 and still going strong,” stated Mr. Noble.
