Ultimately Chocolate owner to have recipes featured in United Kingdom chocolatier’s book

GORE BAY—Two recipes developed and written up by the owner-operator of Ultimately Chocolate, based in Gore Bay, have been selected to be featured in a book written by a United Kingdom chocolatier.

“I was one of a few people chosen to submit recipes for a book written by UK chocolate maker and chocolate writer Dom Ramsay,” Lisabeth Flanagan told the Recorder last week. “The book will be available for sale in the UK, US and Canada in early fall. Seven of us submitted recipes for the book, to be featured on sale on Amazon.”

“Two of my recipes will be featured in the book and one of my recipes that will be in the book is on a sample page on the Amazon site, that you can see at by searching “chocoholic indulge your-inner-chocoholic. The sample page features one that is a tart recipe (blueberry and white chocolate tartlets) similar to the tarts that are sold at Loco Beanz now. I worked with the publishers in the UK, who made my recipe in their test kitchen, and conducted a photo shoot of the tarts in England,” she explained.

“The second recipe is for a Canadian style lava cake made with maple syrup,” said Ms. Flanagan.

“I might sell the books through Loco Beanz in the fall and for the Christmas season.”
