The popular and colourful sign that had directed passers-by to downtown Little Current’s front street for well over a decade had been completely
demolished by an out-of-control vehicle in early December 2022. On Monday, August 28, its replacement was carefully swung into place (on new
supporting posts as the old ones had also been smashed in the crash) by JJ Pole Line
Construction with help from the Laird Signs crew. The sign’s replacement costs were
covered by the vehicle owner’s liability insurance.
