THOMAS “TOM” JOHN HAMBLEY

In loving memory of Thomas “Tom” John Hambley, 74 years, who passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at the Manitoulin Health Centre, Mindemoya Site. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Smythe) Hambley of Kagawong. Loving father of Michael and Greg (wife Dawn). Cherished grandfather of Kayla, Jeffrey, Matthew, Jordan and Joel. Dear son of Thomas and Eva (nee Cecil) Hambley both predeceased. Dear brother of Edna Corrigan (husband Don). He will be sadly missed by his nieces. Tom worked for INCO for 32 years retiring in 1991 when he and Patricia moved to Kagawong on Manitoulin Island. Tom enjoyed fishing, quadding, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren who he loved and admired the most. Memorial Service was in the Copper Cliff United Church on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11 am. Friends gathered after 10:45 am on Monday. Cremation has taken place at the Park Lawn Crematorium with interment in the Kagawong Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home, Sudbury.
