Goes to show what a great community Manitoulin Island is
To the Expositor:
We would like to thank everyone who stepped up and helped out our family this past weekend when our family dog Roxie went missing.
Without hesitation the OPP, all media outlets, social media groups, local businesses, neighbours and random strangers all helped out, putting posters up, driving around back roads, looking in and under places on their property.
Luckily on Father’s Day, right before dinner, she showed up at the kitchen door.
Needless to say, thank you to you all; it restored our faith in humanity and goes to show what a great community we live in here on Manitoulin Island.
