Meagan has not made contact with her family since Sept I I, 2013. Tips have come in that she has been frequenting the downtown area of Sudbury where she has been seen ripping down her missing flyers. Meagan has been seen in the company of mature adults. Last seen in the Rumball Terrace area of Sudbury.
