The Manitoulin Community Choir performed in a concert held in front of a large crowd at the Kagawong Park Centre last Friday evening. Led by Jane Best, the choir’s opening number was Walking on Sunshine, made famous in 1983 by Katrina and the Waves. The Manitoulin Community Choir and The Island Singers will be joining forces on June 22 at Manitoulin Secondary School (MSS) for a variety night fundraiser.
