RUSSELL NORMAN PLUME JR.

Russell Norman Plume Jr. was born in Toronto, Ontario, however spent the majority of his life in Sudbury, Ontario. This is where, in his early adulthood, he found his wife and started his family. Russell passed peacefully and began his journey into the spirit world on December 1, 2014 at 5:32 pm, surrounded by his family and friends at Health Sciences North in Sudbury. Russell is the beloved son of the late Russell Norman Plume Sr. (predeceased) and Hilda Rose Plume (nee Shawana) (also predeceased). He was also a special adopted son to Laura Jackson. Russell was the beloved husband to his wife Loretta. He is survived by his six children: Stephanie (Ray), Shannon (James), Shelly, Daniel, Char and Casey. He was a loving, cool, awesome Papa to his six grandchildren: Owyn, Jeremiah, Bronson, Leland, Mikaiah and Mariah. He was a cherished brother to Linda (Doug), Julie, Gail, Lana (LeRoy), and Rodney (predeceased) with Lori. He was also a special brother to Leo Jacobs (predeceased). Uncle Russell will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews: Marcel, Ben, Misty, Conrad, Kyle, Lisa, Samson, Crystal, David Jr., Tiffany, Daniel, Dakota, Stacy, Santana, Monte, Rodney and Robin. Special uncle to Zachery, Austin, Masyn, Logan, Tommi-Lee, Aurel and Adam. Special cousin to Stephen Plume. Russell rested at St. Ignatius Church in Buzwah, Wikwemikong, Ontario beginning Friday, December 5, 2014. Funeral mass was held Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 5 pm followed by a traditional feast at St. Ignatius Church. Russell was then moved to Sudbury to rest at the Grace Family Church, 426 Burton Street. Visitation was from 2 pm to 4 pm and 5 pm to 7 pm on Sunday, December 7, 2014 followed by cremation.
