RONALD “RON” RICHTER

In loving memory of Ronald “Ron” Richter who passed away peacefully at his home in Aundeck Omni Kaning on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Nancy Richter (nee Corbiere). Loved father of Gabriel Lee Richter (Jennifer), Jennifer Howard, Ronald Lee Richter (Carly), Aaron Lee Richter. Step-father of Bryan Corbiere (Angela), Cheyenne Corbiere, Cora-Lynn Corbiere (Glen), Nicholas Corbiere (Monica). Ron is survived by siblings Shari Benningfield, Sandy Hisey (Dave), Dwayne Mars and Nancy Levertt as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ron was a hardworking man who moved to Aundeck Omni Kaning in 2004 from his home in Florida. Ron quickly became well known all over the Island community for his drywalling and carpentry work. On his days off Ron loved to fish and watch football. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten by family and friends as well as his two dogs Dallas and Bandit. At Ron’s request there will be no service as cremation has taken place. Donations of sympathy can be made to Manitoulin Health Centre.
