Robert Rowland Hill went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the age 91 after suffering a heart attack on April 22. The family was blessed with the opportunity to visit with him and share memories and prayer together. Robert (Bert) was predeceased by siblings Herb, Leona, Hazel, Julia, James, Elmer and Arden, and is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary Elizabeth [Schrock] Hill. Bert and Mary have three sons (Stephen, David and Arthur), 10 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren. Visitation is at Royal City Church, 50 Quebec Street, Guelph, on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 6 p.m., followed by a celebration of life service at 7:30 pm, and a reception at 8:30 pm. Interment of ashes will take place at Mindemoya Cemetery, July 11, 2015 at 3 pm. followed by a memorial service and reception at 4 pm at Mindemoya Missionary Church, 51 Yonge Street, Mindemoya, ON, P0P 1S0.
