Bay Estates resident wins large lottery prize
SHEGUIANDAH—With his retirement coming soon, a Bay Estates man will be a little bit more financially secure after winning the lottery recently.
Lloyd Belanger won just over $102,000 in a Poker Lotto all-in jackpot game. “I won a total of $102,404.50,” he told the Recorder on Sunday. He indicated he has been playing this game for about three or four years.
“No, we haven’t figured out what we’re going to do with the money yet,” said Mr. Belanger. “It’s certainly nice to win $100,000 but it’s not like the old days when this would really be a lot of money. Even if you win $1 million these days you have to be careful on how to spend it.”
“Yes, I’m getting close to retirement (Mr. Belanger is the proprietor of Mardan Glass in Little Current),” continued Mr. Belanger. “I’m still thinking about it. I will be 65-years-old in February but I might hold off retiring until April or May.”

February 26-29 she is in Lake Placid, USA.
