To the Expositor:
I wanted to thank you for including the ‘Proper raising of boys is fundamental to Canada’s future’ editorial in your paper on December 10, 2014 (Page 4). Addressing an issue that is so often ignored demonstrates not only journalistic integrity, but the magnitude of the problem itself. The perpetual violence against and violation of Canadian women has affected us all on a local and national level. As a young woman, it is my hope that articles such as these will continue to generate discussion and assist in bringing attention to this alarming problem. My thoughts are with the murdered women of Manitoulin. Please continue to shed light on issues such as these.
