At the end of June I attended another Pyette reunion at the famous Tehkummah Hall. Jill Pyette-Pinkus and her immediate family did most of the legwork that helped make it a wonderful success. Thanks Jill!
And kudos to Manitoulin’s own Jeff Pyette for helping and performing some excellent tunes! It was also great to see Art Pyette, who was instrumental in getting the first reunion off the ground back in 1996.
What a fine time we all had! Not to mention it was an opportune time to see so many cousins that we don’t normally get to see. Rumour has it that there might be another in 2014. That’s one rumour I look forward to.
