Protest hid true agenda

To the Expositor:

The protest that happened in Wikwemikong was supposed to be about getting rid of the drug dealers, but in reality, I think it was about getting the chief to resign. As soon as she resigned the protest was over. The protest didn’t have to happen.

When the protestors had the meeting with chief and council they could have asked for the chief’s resignation then. The one that started the protest was at that meeting and doing most of the talking. She could have asked for the chief to resign then.
