In loving memory of Nick Spanish, a resident of Toronto, who passed on to the Spirit World on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the age of 37 years. He was born at Mindemoya, son of Nicholas Spanish and Lorraine Pitawanakwat. Nick had lived in Toronto for the past 14 years and worked in the Landscaping business. He earned a reputation as a devoted, talented employee. Nick had a variety of interests, including fixing computers and working with electronics, he loved to cook and try various recipes and barbecuing in the winter. He also had a great love for his dogs, a golden and a black Labrador, Lilly and his buddy Max. Nick will be forever missed by his parents Nicholas and Lorraine; his beloved wife Sherry Llynn Meawasige and step-children Ashlie, Ched, Skyler and Anahita all of Toronto and father and mother-in-law Mohammed and Dorothy of Toronto. Loving and loved brother of Yvette of Sheshegwaning and Ashley, Michael and Darcy all of Sudbury. Will also be missed by great-niece Jaiden and great-nephew Jayce. Nick will also be remembered by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends called at the Sheshegwaning Community Complex after 2 pm on Friday, January 25, 2013. The funeral mass to celebrate Nick’s life took place at the Sheshegwaning Community Complex on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 1 pm with Fr. Jim Kelly as officiant. Interment in Sheshegwaning Cemetery.
