MISERY BAY – The Friends of Misery Bay (FOMB)’s ‘get to know your park’ hikes have drawn good numbers of hikers to explore the grounds.
Recently, 19 hikers and the park’s two guides, Maddie Wagar and Brynn Kiley, journeyed to the west side of Misery Bay Provincial Park.
All age groups were well-represented, along with a couple of well-behaved canine friends.
“Our ‘get to know your park’ hikes are getting a lot of folks into places in our park that are not always accessible. Comments on them will help us to get organized for the 2020 season,” an FOMB release noted.
