GORDON—John Windsor and Cindy Harper are the 2016 Manitoulin Island Country Club (MICC) Club Champions.
On the men’s side, John Windsor posted scores of 77-91 (168) in the 36 hole tournament held Saturday and Sunday, to win the men’s club championship. Finishing in second place was Tom Sasvari (85-94) (179) with Phil Harper 89-92 (181) placing third.
Mr. Windsor has now won the club championship two years in a row and three times overall.
On the ladies’ side, Cindy Harper won the ladies title, posting an 18-hole score of 96 on Sunday to claim the championship for the second year in a row.
