CENTRAL MANITOULIN—The Manitoulin detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a fatal single all-terrain vehicle collision.
On December 15, shortly after 2 pm, the Manitoulin OPP and Manitoulin-Sudbury Paramedic Services responded to a single all-terrain vehicle collision on Perivale Road in Spring Bay.
The Expositor has learned that 28-year-old Michael Cranston, who is originally from Manitoulin but now lives in Espanola, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The investigation is ongoing with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Enforcement team.
