M’CHIGEENG FIRST NATION—The UCCM Police and Manitoulin OPP are investigating a tragedy on the M’Chigeeng First Nation, one that took the life of a 41-year-old man from that same community.
After an extensive search by both OPP marine and aviation services, the OPP’s Underwater Search and Recovery Unit recovered the body of Ian McCauley, 41, from Whitefish Lake.
Mr McCauley leaves behind a wife and children. A coroner has requested a post mortem examination.
