The Manitoulin Quilts Galore! quilt show was a popular stop on the Manitoulin Art Tour, held July 14-16 at locations across Manitoulin Island. Christine Mick, is known for her workshops spanning from Manitoulin to the lower Northeast Ontario region. She teaches stained-glass-effect paintings. She had her works on display at the Meldrum Bay Marina.

Photographer Paul McAlister and his wife Tracey, an interior designer whose main interests are in acrylic abstract painting and three-dimensional interior accent pieces. They own and operate Seven2One Studio in Meldrum Bay.

Anna Barnett, in photo, featured her and husband Peter’s up-cycled creations at Northern Creative Studio Gallery.

Artist Tara Woolstencroft displays one of her paintings at GG’s Diner in Evansville, a
business she also owns and operates.

Christie (Best) Pearson-Anderson had a large display of her paintings, including watercolour, coloured and graphite pencil drawings, at GG’s Diner in Evansville.
