Cherished mother of Darren Shawanda (Jackie), Alison Aguonie (Orville), Robert Manitowabi, Dakota Shawanda (Cathleen) and Waubnung Shawanda. Treasured grandma of Aaron, Nathan, Cassandra, Bradley, Monica, Lance, Ivy, Domiel, Annalee, Brayden and Jeremiah and great-grandma of Noah and Aiden. Dear daughter of Fred and Rita Fineday (both predeceased). Loving sister of Mary (predeceased), Dorothy (predeceased), Richard (predeceased), Pearl (Gordon), Doreen (Ray), Cynthia (Rayman), Ivey and extended sibling Shawn. Will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Lorraine had a love for games, she enjoyed playing bingo and going to the Casino to play the slots. She loved making crafts and they always varied month to month. She was a social butterfly and always enjoyed visiting people and everywhere she went she had to have her Chinese food. She will always be remembered for her Lay’s potato chips and cheese dip. Lorraine rested at the Sheguiandah First Nation Community Center 142 Ogemah Miikan, Sheguiandah Sunday, November 18, 2018 after 4 pm. Funeral Service was on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 11am at the Sheguiandah First Nation Community Center. Interment in the Sheguiandah First Nation Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Lougheed Funeral Home.
