To The Expositor:
On Saturday, April 14, I was doing my regular laundry at the laundromat in downtown Little Current. It was unusually busy. I knew the washer took 29 minutes and returned to find my laundry out of the washer and on the tables, which I understood to be normal if someone needs a washer. I then placed my dark load and my light load in two separate dryers and set for 55 minutes and left again, as I have done for many years.
Approximately an hour later I returned to the laundromat to take my laundry home and found someone had, by mistake, taken my light load out of the dryer with two minutes remaining because the dryer timer stops when the door is opened. My dark load had just stopped and was still warm. I posted a note asking for my laundry to be returned. After three weeks, most of my laundry was returned. It was so nice to get my personal items back and I thank the persons who returned it.
