GORDON—For the past three years the Manitoulin Golf men’s club championship has come down to twin brothers Kyle and Kurtis Noble, as to who would finish first or second.
Three years ago, Kyle posted the best score to take the championship. Last year the brothers tied after 36 holes of golf, for first place. Kyle was declared the winner after a coin flip.
However, this year the tables were turned. Kurtis posted 18-hole scores of 75-79 (154) to finish in first place. Kyle finished second.
In the men’s senior division Brian Bainborough finished in first place with John Windsor second.
