In loving memory of Joseph Peter Lawrence Trudeau, 74, who passed away peacefully at the Manitoulin Health Centre, surrounded by his family, on Saturday, December 28, 2013. Dear son of late Alexander Trudeau and Alice Trudeau. Dear brother of Ivan Trudeau, Marianne Shigwadja, Irene McNichol, Rosina Edwards, Catherine Trudeau, Stanley Trudeau, Adam Trudeau, Isadore Wabanose; (all predeceased) and Mary Jane Trudeau of Toronto. Loving husband of Shirley Anne Trudeau. Loving father of Samson Trudeau (Tammy), Karen Trudeau, Amy Manitowabi (Jason), Wanda Trudeau, Derrick Trudeau, Laurie Anne Trudeau and stepdaughters Debbie Trudeau and Tammy Trudeau. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and godchildren. Joseph enjoyed hunting, carpentry, carving, curling and furniture making. He loved spending time with family and friends. Joe worked for housing for 33 years. Rested at St. Ignatius Church from 4 pm on Saturday, January 4, 2014. Funeral Mass was at 11 am on Monday, January 6, 2014 at St. Ignatius Church, Buzwah, Ontario. Cremation to follow.
