It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Eugene, who left us suddenly in his sleep in Lockport NY, USA. He is reunited with his parents Margaret Paibomsai (neé Pakosigan) and Simon Paibomsai, his sisters Yvonne, Jean, Ursula and Phyllis, brothers Conrad, Julius, Glen and Bruno. Grandson of Jane Pakosigan (neé Trudeau) and Isaac Pakosigan (both predeceased); John Paibomsai and Maryjane Migwans (both predeceased). Brother of Jerome Pakosigan (Rose) of Birch Island, Marjorie King (Leslie) of Birch Island, Mable McGregor of Birch Island, Joseph Paibomsai of Birch Island, Sandra Paibomsai ( Mitch) of Toronto, Floyd Paibomsai (Cindy) of Birch Island and Vera Paibomsai of Whitefish Falls. Godfather to Gerard Paibomsai. Elvis lived in Lockport for 35 years with his loving partner Shirley (predeceased) and worked on the Halls Farm. In his spare time he enjoyed playing bingo, socializing and long distance bike riding. His family finds peace in knowing he lived his life the way he wanted as he found joy in the simple things. He will be sadly missed by his siblings, nieces, nephews and all those who knew him. Funeral Mass was Friday, May 17, 2024 at 11 am at St.Gabriel Lalement Church Birch Island ON, P0P 1A0.
