Elizabeth Mae Fulford

August 28, 1936 – September 10, 2012

In loving memory of Elizabeth Fulford, a resident of the Manitoulin Lodge and formerly of Providence Bay, who died at the Mindemoya Hospital on Monday, September 10, 2012 at the age of 76 years. She was born in Providence Bay, daughter of the late Thomas Hardy and Mary Elizabeth (Cameron) Fulford. Elizabeth had lived in Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie before returning to the Island and Providence Bay. In her younger years, Elizabeth spent much time skating, a favourite pastime she enjoyed. Although Elizabeth struggled with issues, she will be sadly missed. Elizabeth is survived by daughter Janet O’Donnell of Calgary and grandchildren James and Jaclyn. Also survived by brothers and sisters Joyce Perry (Peter) of Texas, Eleanor McGinn (James) of Oakville, Cameron Fulford (Loretta predeceased), Horace Fulford (Betty) of London, Dwayne Fulford (Louise) of Peterborough, Robert Fulford (Francine) of Los Angeles, Larry Fulford (Gertrude) of Alban and Marlene Mutton (Harold) of Bowmanville. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. In keeping with family wishes, cremation will take place. A private family committal service will take place at Mindemoya Cemetery.
