It is with deep sorrow that our family announces the passing of Eileen Annie Walsh (Mervyn) on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, in her 93rd year. Eileen passed away peacefully after a short stay at the Guelph General Hospital. She is predeceased by husband Leon; parents Elizabeth and Herbert; sister Joyce (Garnet) and stepson Benton. Eileen is survived by her stepdaughter Delsie Walsh; nephews Bob (Barb) and John (Andrea); great-nieces Melissa (Brian), Krista (Cole), Teresa, Laura (Nathan), Jackie (Devan), Matthew and Elaena, as well as nine great-great-nephews and nieces. She will be greatly missed by her cousins and their families from around Ontario and those on Manitoulin Island. A graveside service was held at Gordon/Barrie Island Cemetery, on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 1 pm.
