DWIGHT LIONEL DAVID CLARK September 13, 1960 – August 21, 2023 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dwight Clark, in his 63rd year. Dwight passed away peacefully at his home in Mindemoya on August 21, 2023 with his loving partner Heather Hughson by his side. Dwight spent his entire life living on Manitoulin, with the exception of his school days at the Belleville School for the Deaf. Dwight is survived by his sisters Sharon McCulligh (Gerald) of Sudbury, Sheila Morphet of Espanola, his brother Danny Clark (Roberta) of Owen Sound, brother-in-law Wayne Smith of Woodville and brother-in-law Robert Van Horn of Sudbury. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Marguerite Clark (nee Atkinson), his aunts Phyllis Atkinson and Stella Sim, his sisters Shirley Smith and Dale Van Horn and brother-in-law Eric Morphet. Uncle Dwight will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude to Dwight’s friends and the caring staff at Community Living Manitoulin.
