Wife of Leslie Bailey, mother of Bonnie Bailey (husband – Brad Middleton), Leslie Charles (“Chuck”) Bailey, Todd Bailey (wife – Marian Hester), predeceased by brother John (“Jack”) Sheffield, living brother Charles (“Charlie”) Smith (wife – Rhonda Smith). Doreen’s first passion was education, where she excelled in the teaching profession, rising to the position of principal at C.C. McLean Public School in Gore Bay for many years, where she was blessed with an exceptional supportive teaching staff.
